Kelly Cleaning Service has provided janitorial and office cleaning for businesses in Concord and the surrounding towns since 1998. We clean office buildings and other commercial spaces, from small offices with a few cubicles to larger facilities with more than one building.

A cleaning program built for your building

We don't hand you a standard checklist and a flat rate. We meet with you, walk through your space and listen to what you need. Then we put together a cleaning program for your building and train our staff on it before the first visit. Every estimate is prepared individually, because no two buildings are cleaned exactly the same way.

If your needs change later, for example during a busy season or when there's illness going around the office, we can adjust the program or increase how often we come.

How we clean

• Fresh microfiber for every visit. We bring a clean set of microfiber towels and mops to each location. We never bring a mop or towel that was used somewhere else, and everything is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
• Paper towels for restrooms and glass. Toilets and presentation glass are cleaned with paper towels, not reusable cloths.
• HEPA vacuums. Our vacuums use a sealed system with a HEPA filter, which keeps dust and allergens inside the machine instead of back in your air.
• Hospital-grade, environmentally friendly products. We use hospital-grade cleaners, sanitizers and disinfectants that are environmentally friendly.
• Attention to touch points. Keyboards, mice, doorknobs, light switches and filing cabinets are the surfaces people touch all day, and we treat them that way.

Who does the work

Everyone who cleans your building is a W-2 employee of Kelly Cleaning Service. We don't use subcontractors. Our staff have clean criminal backgrounds, and the company is fully insured.

Our field managers are available to deal with anything your building needs. Every inquiry gets a prompt answer, and the owner often handles it personally.
